Phil raises 150,000. Jamie comes to the conclusion that he's either drawing dead or chopping the pot and reasonably folds. I'm not sure if Phil was hoping that Jamie would call or if he put Jamie on a similar hand (unsuited) and simiply didn't want to chop the pot.
